# Accepted payment methods at Swapfiets
## We offer a variety of payment methods depending on which country you are in.
### **Payment methods we accept by country**
- **Austria:** Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, PayPal, Revolut Pay
- **Belgium:** Mastercard, SEPA Direct Debit, Revolut Pay, Visa, Bancontact
- **Denmark:** Mastercard, Visa, Revolut Pay
- **France:** Cartes Bancaires (CB), Revolut Pay, Visa, Apple Pay, PayPal, American Express
- **Germany:** Visa, Mastercard, PayPal
- **Netherlands:** SEPA Direct Debit, Visa, Revolut Pay, Apple Pay
- **Spain:** Mastercard, Apple Pay, Visa, Google Pay, Revolut Pay
- **UK:** Visa, Apple Pay, Revolut Pay
***Note:** We do not accept cash payments in any country.*
### **What to do if your payment method fails or is rejected**
If your payment is rejected or not working, you can try these quick troubleshooting steps:
- **Check your details:** Make sure your postal code, card security code (CVV), and expiration date are entered correctly in the Swapfiets app.
- **Try a different payment method:** You can easily add or update your payment method directly in the Swapfiets app under your account settings.
- **Get in touch:** If your payment still won't go through, [contact Swapfiets customer support](https://help.swapfiets.com/contact?hsLang=en) and we’ll help you sort it out!
### **Why we charge a small verification fee**
When you sign up for a new subscription or update your payment details with a credit or debit card, we make a small one-time charge between €0.01 and €0.50 (depending on your country). We do this to verify that your card is active.
### **Signing up with a financial administrator**
If a financial administrator manages your money, please ask your administrator to [contact Swapfiets customer support](https://help.swapfiets.com/contact?hsLang=en)directly. We will work together with them to complete your registration smoothly!
