If your Swapfiets surcharge invoice is over €100, you may be eligible to pay in instalments by setting up a payment plan.
Please note: Payment plans are only available for surcharges, not for your regular monthly subscription fees.
How does it work?
On the 25th of each month, you’ll receive a payment link to pay your next instalment - we won’t deduct the amount automatically, so make sure to complete the payment yourself.
Depending on your invoice total, you can request a payment plan with 3, 5, or 10 instalments. Available options:

| €100 – €450 | Up to 3 instalments |
| €450 – €1,000 | Up to 5 instalments |
| €1,000 or more | Up to 10 instalments |
