# Hvordan ser min aftale ud?

## Din aftale tager ikke længere end 15 minutter. Hvis vi ikke kan reparere din cykel med det samme, får du en en anden fungerende cykel.

Hver gang du har et problem med din cykel, eller hvis du har brug for hjælp til noget andet, hjælper vi dig gerne! Du kan [booke en aftale](https://app.swapfiets.com?destination=issue_selection) i butikken eller på en foretrukken adresse indenfor vores serviceområde. Under din aftale vil vi forsøge at reparere din cykel indenfor 10 minutter. Hvis det tager længere tid, beslutter vi som regel at skifte din cykel ud med en anden fungerende cykel, så du kan komme ud at køre igen.
