To upgrade to a different bike type, simply use the [app](https://app.swapfiets.com?destination=bike_upgrade). Click on "I need help," select "upgrade bike type," and follow the on-screen instructions to schedule an appointment. If you'd like to switch from an e-bike to a pedal bike, please [contact](https://help.swapfiets.com/contact?hsLang=en) our support team, and they will be happy to assist you. After you have received the new bike, the Terms and Conditions and new pricing of the bike will apply. You can find the Terms & Conditions below.  #### How does the payment work when switching to a new bike type? The payment will consist out of 2 parts: 1. The payment for the usage of the old bike, for example 21 days of use of the Original bike. 2. The payment for the usage of the new bike, for example 10 days of use of the Power 1 bike. You will be able to find all these details in your invoice, which you can find in our user-friendly [app](https://app.swapfiets.com?destination=home)!
