Everything you need to know for the intro weeks (Aug/Sept) 2024 

In August and September, we are excited to welcome many new Swapfiets members! Since this is a busy period for our stores and customer service, we've gathered all the important information you need in this article.

Appointments

Book your appointment through the app
During the intro weeks, students can only schedule appointments in our stores. We recommend all members book in-store appointments for the quickest service during this busy period.

Due to high demand, we can’t accommodate walk-ins or those who arrive outside their scheduled times. Please ensure you book your appointment through the app and arrive on time.


Reschedule your appointment
Can't make it to your appointment? We understand plans change. You can reschedule to a more convenient time if slots are available. Within the bike overview in the app you can select to show/edit your appointment. There you will be able to reschedule and select a new timeslot. 

Please note: For store appointments, you can change your timeslot or location up to 2 hours before the appointment.

Cancel your appointment
Need to cancel your appointment? This is also possible in the bike overview when you select to show/edit your appointment. There you will be given the option to cancel your appointment.
