Can freelancers and sole traders use Swapfiets for Business?
Not quite, since a business account needs at least 2 subscriptions. But you can put your company details on a regular subscription's invoices.
You can still get a bike through your company though. Sign up for a regular subscription and fill in your company details as you go, and we'll put them on your invoices, which is what your accounts need.
How this works
It's a regular subscription, so we invoice you directly, exactly as we would any member. The only difference is the company details on the invoice.
You add those during sign-up, and payment comes from the payment details you give us at the same time. You will get exactly the same as anyone else: the bike, all repairs and maintenance included, and a replacement if we can't fix yours on the spot. Same price, same terms, cancellable monthly with 30 days' notice.
If you take on staff later
That's when a business account makes sense. Two subscriptions is enough to open one, so as soon as there's someone besides you, email business@swapfiets.com.
