We offer various payment methods for each market.
In the overview below you can see which payment methods we offer. It is unfortunately not possible to pay with cash.
If one of our accepted payment methods is not working or if your payment has been rejected, please check if your payment information such as postal code, security code and expiration date are correct.
If you are using iDeal, please make sure that your account accepts automatic transactions. If this is not the cause, please try adding a different payment method in your account via the app. You can also reach out to us for help!
To verify your payment method, we make a small charge between €0.01 and €0.50, depending on where you are located. Verification is required when you use a credit or debit card to sign up for a new subscription or change your payment method.
Note: If you have an administrator for your finances, please let your administrator contact us. Together ,we will complete your registration.
