Our service areas and how they work

Wondering if Swapfiets operates in your neighborhood? Learn how our service areas work, what we can deliver to your doorstep, and how you can still get repairs and swaps if you live outside our regular coverage zone.

What we offer inside our service areas

If you live inside our service area:

  • If your bike is unrideable: We will come to your house for a mobile repair. 
  • If your bike is still rideable: Please book an appointment at one of our stores.

    Why? This keeps waiting times short and ensures our mobile teams can prioritize stranded members who cannot ride at all.

Your options if you live outside our service areas

If you live outside our service area:

  • We cannot come to your house for deliveries, repairs, or swaps.
  • You can still enjoy your subscription by picking up or dropping off your bike at any of our physical stores.
  • You can schedule a service appointment at a convenient location right on the boundary line of our service area or at any of our physical stores.

Booking service appointments at our area boundaries

While we cannot come directly to your house outside our territory, you can still get full service by meeting us inside our active zones.

⚠️ Important Store Radius Rule: We do not offer mobile field service for appointments located within a 500 meter radius around any Swapfiets store. If you are close to a store, please drop by or book an in-store appointment!
