If your team is spread across several cities
That's fine. Your employees each sign up individually and collect a bike wherever they live or work, so they don't all need to be in the same place.
If you have offices in more than one country
You can offer Swapfiets for Business across all of them, which makes it a straightforward way to harmonise your mobility policy or employee benefits internationally. Your teams in Amsterdam, Berlin and Copenhagen get the same offer, with pricing and tax treatment that follow each country.
We'll set up an agreement for each country, since we contract through a local entity in each market. Email business@swapfiets.com with the countries you're in and we'll arrange it.
If an employee moves
Within the same country, they keep the same bike. They just update their city in the Swapfiets app, or let our customer service know, so we can make sure they're set up for service in their new location.
To another country, it works differently, because a subscription only covers the country it was taken out in. They contact our customer service to arrange it, return the bike here, and start a new subscription in their new country.
