      T&C UK Wimbledon Tickets Instagram Competition

      • This competition was active from 6pm on Wednesday 22nd June 2022 until 6pm on Thursday 23rd June 2022
      • There will be 1 winner who will be selected at random, after the competition deadline of 6pm on 23rd June. Entries made after this point will not be counted.
      • The price includes:
        • 2x Court 1 Tickets for Wednesday 29th June 2022
        • A Swapfiets deluxe or original subscription for 1 month
      • The participant is obliged to provide correct, up-to-date and complete information when participating in the competition.
      • Participation is excluded for persons not residing in the United Kingdom
      • The prize is personal and in the name of the winner.
      • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash for other products or services. In case of refusal or non-acceptance of the prize, or if the conditions attached to the prize are not met, the prize will not be paid out.
      • The participant consents to the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the competition, see privacy statement.
      • In the event that any winner is ineligible, does not claim their prize within the stated claim period or is disqualified from the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw their prize.
      • The winner from the promotional period 22nd June - 23rd June 2022 will have until 24th June 2022 at 4pm to accept their prize.
      • All entrants will be required to provide a genuine email address that is personal, valid and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided, is incorrect or is an alias, the entry may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry.
      • The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud), in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
