Is there a minimum number of subscriptions?
You need at least 2 subscriptions to open a business account. Start small and add more whenever you need to.
Starting with a small team
Sign up a couple of people, see how it goes, and add more later. There's no commitment to reach a certain number and no penalty for staying small.
Each subscription is monthly and cancellable with 30 days' notice, so you can scale up or down as your team changes.
And we'll help you grow it. You get promotional material to launch with, an onboarding guide for your team, and support from us along the way. If you'd like, we'll also look at where the potential is in your organisation, so you know which teams or locations are worth opening it up to next.
You decide who's eligible
Most companies offer Swapfiets to everyone, and it's the simplest way to run it: one rule, nothing to explain, and anyone who wants a bike can have one.
If you'd rather start with a specific group, you can. Some companies begin with one office or one team and open it up once it's running. You set the rules and we'll work with them.
What changes once you pass 20 subscriptions
You get a dedicated account manager as your main point of contact. Below 20, our business team looks after you at business@swapfiets.com.
If you're a freelancer or sole trader
A single subscription isn't a business account, since you'd need at least 2. Sign up through our regular subscription instead and add your company details, so your invoices are in your business name.
How to get started
Email business@swapfiets.com with a rough number of people and we'll take it from there.
