Do you offer company pool bikes or delivery bikes?
We stopped offering these to new customers on 1 January 2024. Existing contracts continue as agreed, except for adding new bikes to your fleet.
What we offer instead
Everyone that signs up get their own Swapfiets for commuting, work and personal trips. We invoice you once a month for all of them together, and you decide how much of that cost you pass on.
All repairs and maintenance are included, and each subscription is cancellable with 30 days' notice, so it's easy to add or remove people as your team changes.
If you already have pool bikes or delivery bikes
Your existing contract continues as agreed, for as long as you want it to, except for adding new bikes to your fleet.
That's because we no longer offer pool and delivery subscriptions. If you need more bikes, employee subscriptions are available alongside your existing pool contract and we can set those up on the same account.

If you were looking for bikes to share between employees
Personal subscriptions work differently: each bike belongs to one person rather than sitting in a pool anyone can take. For a lot of companies that turns out to be the better fit, since people look after a bike that's theirs and it's ready when they need it.
