Charge your Battery in a Safe Space
- Only charge indoors, in dry areas
- Do not cover the battery or charger
- Do not stack your battery or charger
- Place the battery on a solid, non-flammable surface while charging, not on your carpet or couch
Handle your Cables with Care
- Keep your charging cables straight, avoid bending, twisting, or coiling them
- Ensure that the cords are secured properly in their connection points
- Check for any frayed or overly worn out cables, replacing them if they're damaged
Inspect your Battery before Plugging it in
- Check your battery for signs of leaking, dents, cracks, swelling, corrosion, or high temperatures
- Inspect the charger, charging port and contacts to make sure it’s clean and dry
- Only use the designated chargers that were provided with your battery
Know when to Unplug the Battery
- Unplug the battery once it has reached full charge
- Avoid overnight charging when possible, it is important to keep an eye
on your charging battery - If you notice any overheating, noises or smells, unplug the battery immediately

- Aim to keep the charge between 20-80% for the best battery life
- Avoid frequent full discharges (0%) or constant 100% storage
- Avoid leaving your battery in extreme temperatures (direct sunglight, freezing temperatures)
