Employee bikes

With the "Personal" model, your company offers each employee their own Swapfiets subscription.

The bike can be used for work, commuting and private travel. It is not mandatory as an employer to contribute to the monthly fee, although it can help to stimulate bicycle usage to work. The company is invoiced monthly for the full monthly subscription costs of each employee, after which the employer can deduct any remaining costs from the employees salary. Any additional costs for damages or theft, Swapfiets can charge directly from the employee ("split payment").
