If I return my bike after my contract end-date, what happens with my last payment?

Once you’ve canceled your subscription through the Swapfiets App, you can plan an appointment to hand in your bike before your subscription end-date.

If you do not hand it in by that date, then your subscription will automatically continue (as we assume you’re still enjoying the ride!).

Once you return the bike your last invoice will be calculated based off of the remaining days you used your Swapfiets after your contract end date.
