For most of our cities we have two options for your contract and its minimum duration: A monthly subscription and a 6 month subscription.
In most of the cities were Swapfiets operates, we have two options for your contract and its minimum duration:
A monthly subscription. This subscription can be terminated at any time with 1 month notice. If you choose this option we will charge a one-off fee when you sign up. These costs can depend on the region, and are specified during the registration. These costs will be charged with your 1st monthly payment.
A loyal subscription (minimum 6 months). When you know that you will be using Swapfiets for a longer period. When you choose this subscription we will not charge an one-off fee and your minimum contract duration is 6 months.
In Germany there are three options:
A monthly subscription. This can be terminated on a monthly basis, with one months notice.
A 6 month subscription. When you know that you will be using Swapfiets for a longer period. If you choose this subscription the monthly price will be less than that of the monthly subscription.
After 6 your subscription can be cancelled monthly.
A 12 month subscription. When you know that you will be using Swapfiets for even a longer period. This is the subscription with the lowest monthly price.
After 12 your subscription can be cancelled monthly.
For all three subscription options, a one-off fee is charged upon registration. (These costs may vary depending on the region and will be debited with the first monthly payment).
A cancellation period of one month applies to all subscription variants.
Note: both of our subscriptions have a one-month termination period. If you choose the 6-month subscription, it will automatically become a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time after the initial 6-month period has ended.
