Which bikes can employees choose?
The Deluxe 7, Power 1 and Power 7 in every country, plus the Original in the Netherlands. Your employees pick their own when they sign up.

- Deluxe 7. City riding with 7 gears, for a bit more comfort and range.

Why the e-bikes are worth including
The Power 1 and Power 7 are what make cycling realistic for longer commutes. Someone living 15km from the office probably won't ride an Original every day, but on an e-bike they might. If you want the scheme used rather than just offered, that's the reason to include them.
Controlling what you spend without limiting the range
You don't need to restrict which bikes your employees can choose. Most companies cap what they contribute instead.
For example, you might contribute €30 a month per employee. We invoice you the full subscription, you pass on the difference, and anyone who wants a Power 7 covers the extra themselves, usually out of gross salary. Your cost per employee stays fixed whichever bike they pick, and nobody is shut out of an e-bike.
Once your contract is signed we'll share a policy template you can use between you and your employees, so the arrangement is written down clearly.
Can an employee change bike later?
Yes. They can arrange it themselves in the Swapfiets app, or contact our customer service.
