We are not offering the possibility to pause your subcription at the moment.
We understand it might come in handy to pause your subscription when you are not using your bike for a while. Unfortunately this is not a possibility we are offering at the moment.
Depending on what your prefer, you could decide to keep your subscription and store the bike at a safe location when you are away or cancel your subscription and hand in your bike so we can take care of it. When you would like to use Swapfiets again, you can sign-up again online and we will hand you a new bike.
Please keep in mind that a loyal subscription can not be cancelled before the end date. For both loyal and flexible subscription we have a notice period of one month.
