Your Swapfiets subscription payment will be automatically debited during the first week of every month.
If you can’t find the payment on your account, here are possible reasons:
- Failed payment: We attempt the direct debit once. If it fails (due to insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), you'll receive a payment reminder via email and SMS with a link to complete the payment manually. You can also pay directly in the Swapfiets app.
- Processing Delay: In some cases, your bank may process the transaction later than expected. If you haven’t received a reminder and don’t see a charge, your payment is likely still being processed.
Please note: The debit date is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
Can I also pay on a yearly basis?
We want to keep things simple and flexible for you. Therefore, this is currently only possible for business subscriptions.
