When do you deduct the payment?

Your Swapfiets subscription payment will be automatically debited during the first week of every month.

If you haven't seen the payment come out of your account yet, there are a few possible reasons:

Payment failed: If you've received a payment reminder but haven't seen the payment come out of your account, there may have been an issue with the payment. Please follow the payment reminder to fulfill the invoice.
Delayed payment: Since we have customers with accounts registered with various banks, the payment may not always be debited on the exact same date. If you haven't received a payment reminder and the payment hasn't been debited yet, this is likely the reason.

Note: the payment date cannot be changed.
