Your Swapfiets subscription payment will be automatically debited during the first week of every month.
If you haven't seen the payment come out of your account yet, there are a few possible reasons:
- Payment failed: If you've received a payment reminder but haven't seen the payment come out of your account, there may have been an issue with the payment. Please follow the payment reminder to fulfill the invoice.
- Delayed payment: Since we have customers with accounts registered with various banks, the payment may not always be debited on the exact same date. If you haven't received a payment reminder and the payment hasn't been debited yet, this is likely the reason.
Note: the payment date cannot be changed.
Can I also pay on a yearly basis?
We want to keep things simple and flexible for you. Therefore, this is currently only possible for business subscriptions.
