When is the payment debited?

Your Swapfiets subscription payment will be automatically debited during the first week of every month.

If you can’t find the payment on your account, here are possible reasons:

  • Failed payment: We attempt the direct debit once. If it fails (due to insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), you'll receive a payment reminder via email and SMS with a link to complete the payment manually. You can also pay directly in the Swapfiets app.
  • Processing Delay: In some cases, your bank may process the transaction later than expected. If you haven’t received a reminder and don’t see a charge, your payment is likely still being processed.

Please note: The debit date is fixed and cannot be adjusted.

Can I also pay on a yearly basis?

We want to keep things simple and flexible for you. Therefore, this is currently only possible for business subscriptions.
