When your Swapfiets subscription ends during your 1-month notice period
When you cancel your Swapfiets subscription, your contract ends exactly one month after your cancellation date. You can keep riding your bike until your end date, or you can choose to return it earlier.
How we calculate your prorated last invoice
Your final invoice may be lower than your standard monthly fee because it only covers the days your subscription was active during your final billing cycle. We calculate your final invoice based on:
- The number of days your subscription was active after your previous invoice.
- The exact end date of your 1-month notice period.

What happens if you return your bike late after your end date?
Can’t say goodbye to your bike just yet? No worries!
- If you return your bike late: If you keep your bike past your official contract end date, we will simply add those extra days to your final invoice on a pro-rata basis.
- If you want to avoid extra charges: Make sure you hand in your bike before your official contract end date.
