How to report a found bike:
- Locate the frame number: Check the white sticker on the left side of the bike near the pedals.
- Contact our support team: Contact us and share the frame number and the bike's location with us.
- We take it from there: We will check our system to see what is happening with the bike and arrange a pickup if necessary.
