Can I visit the store without an appointment?
While it is possible to visit a store without an appointment, we highly recommend making one in the app. This guarantees that we can help you at your preferred time and that we will have another working bike for you.
If you do not have an appointment, it is possible you will have to wait while we help other members, or we will request you to make an appointment for another day/time.
