How do I return my bike?

You can plan an appointment in the app to drop of your bike in one of our stores. You will need to return the bike before the end of your subscription.

After you have cancelled your subscription in the app, you will receive instructions on how to drop off your bike. 

We will ask you to schedule an appointment to drop off your bike in one of our stores. Have a look at your closest store here.

You will need to drop off your bike before the end date of the subscription. If the bike is not returned, your subscription will remain active. Since there is a one-month notice period, your subscription will end one month from the day you cancel it.

Note: If you have taken your bike to another city, we will ensure that you can return it to the store closest to you. Just let us know beforehand so we can relocate the bike to the correct area.
