What is included in your monthly Swapfiets fee
For a fixed monthly fee, you get:
- A high-quality Swapfiets bike equipped with a double lock and our iconic blue front tyre.
- Free repairs and maintenance: If your bike needs a repair, you can book an appointment and we will fix it for free.
- Flexible service locations: You can book your repair appointment at a Swapfiets store or at your location within our service area.
- Quick bike swaps: If we can't fix your bike within 10 minutes, we'll swap it for a working one so you can get back on the road right away.
Note: While standard repairs and swaps are free, extra services may incur a small fee. You can check our full list of surcharges for extra services.
Can you buy a Swapfiets bike instead of subscribing?
No, you cannot purchase a Swapfiets bike. Our bikes are exclusively available through a monthly subscription so we can continuously maintain them and keep you riding worry-free.
