At Swapfiets, you get a bike for a fixed monthly fee, and we make sure you're riding worry-free!
Here's how it works:
- For a fixed monthly fee, you get a high-quality Swapfiets bike with a double lock and the iconic blue front tyre.
- Repairs and maintenance are included in the price, so if something happens to your Swapfiets, you can book an appointment and have it fixed for free. This applies to an appointment in the store as well as at your location in the service area.
- If we can't fix your bike within 10 minutes, we'll swap it for another, so you can get back on the road in no time.
Note: While repairing or swapping your bike is free, you’ll occasionally be asked to pay a surcharge for other services. Find out more about that here.
Can I purchase the bike instead of subscribing?
This is not possible, unfortunately. Our unique Swapfiets can only be yours on subscription.
