What extra costs can occur on my subscription?

If the Swapfiets is damaged, lost, or stolen, additional costs may apply for each bike. Find the costs in our T&C's.

If you are involved in an accident or your bike is damaged, you may be charged an additional fee. Contact Swapfiets within 24 hours if any of these situations occur.

This surcharge will be integrated into your next monthly direct debit payment, alongside your regular monthly fee.
