How to request a new key to be delivered to your home address.
Did you loose your key or is your key broken? No worries, we'll help you get a replacement one.
To request a new key you will need to tap 'I need help' in the app, then 'my key(s) is/are lost' and follow the steps on screen.
To make sure you still have the bike, we will ask you to take a picture of the framenumber (please make sure it is an actual picture of the framenumber).
We will make sure to send the new key to your home address. We will send the new key as soon as possible, so you can get back on your bike.
If your key is stuck in your lock and you can't lock your bike or remove the key, then secure it in a safe place and book an appointment on that location so we can exchange your bike. If your bike is outside the service area, please contact us so we can find a solution.
