In the last payment, you will be invoiced for the number of days your subscription was still active. Your subscription will end one month from the day you have cancelled your subscription, as of the notice period of 1 month.
After you cancel your subscription, your last payment might be different from the monthly invoices you have previously received.
Since there is a one-month notice period, your subscription will end one month from the day you cancel it. You can keep using your bike for this last month. The end date of the subscription will always be one month from the day you cancel, even in your hand in your bike before that date.
In the last payment, we will invoice you for the number of days your subscription was still active in the last month.
Example: If you terminate your subscription on the 14th of August, your subscription will remain active until the 14th of September. You will still be able to use your bike until the 14th of September. Since Swapfiets is invoicing at the beginning of the month, you have already paid for the month of August. This means the final payment will be for the 14 days of September.

Note: If you hand in your bike too late, you will receive an extra invoice for the number of days you have been too late. Please make sure you schedule the drop-off appointment before the end of your contract.
