      I’ve canceled my subscription. How does the last payment work?

      Swapfiets has a termination period of one month. When you cancel your subscription, it ends one month from the day you cancel.

      You can keep using your bike for this last month but this is still the case if you hand your bike in before that date.

       

      Example: if you terminate your subscription on the 14th of August, then the subscription will be active until the 14th of September.

      You’ve already paid for the month of August, as we invoice at the beginning of the month. This means the final payment will be for the 14 days of September.
