Finding and paying your Swapfiets invoices
You can easily view, download, and pay your Swapfiets invoices directly through the Swapfiets app.
How to find and download your invoices in the Swapfiets app
- Open the Swapfiets app.
- Go to Your Account.
- Tap on Subscription.
- Under Invoices, you’ll see:
- The monthly amount
- The payment status (paid and/or unpaid)
- The option to view or download each invoice
Each invoice provides a full breakdown of your subscription charges, including any surcharges or adjustments.
How Swapfiets payments work and handling failed payments
Your first payment is due right after you pick up your bike. The date you start will become your recurring billing date for each following month.
If an automatic payment fails:

A payment link will be sent via email.
- You can also find and pay the invoice directly in the app.
