What does Swapfiets do?

Swapfiets is composed of the English word "swap" and the Dutch word for bike, "fiets". The concept is extremely simple: 

1. For a fixed monthly fee you get a Swapfiets luxurious bike with double lock and the iconic blue front tire.
2. If something happens to your Swapfiets, you can get in touch with us and we will repair your Swapfiets for free, whenever and wherever you like within 48 hours.
3. If we can't fix it within 10 minutes, we will provide you with another working Swapfiets. As a result, you are always assured to be back on the road again in no time.
