When you have a non-flexible contract for a minimum of 6 months, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your subscription before that time.

For non-flexible (loyal) subscriptions, the minimum subscription period is 6 months. After those 6 months you can cancel your subscription with the one-month notice period.
We also have a one-month notice period for flexible subscriptions. This means you can still use your bike for exactly one month after giving notice of cancellation.
