When you have a non-flexible contract for a minimum of 6 months, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your subscription before that time.

For non-flexible (loyal) subscriptions, the minimum subscription period is 6 months. This means the subscription does not automatically end after 6 months. In case you don't want to continue after those 6 months you should cancel the subscription one month before the 6 months end. You can also do it at an earlier time but the end date will still be at the end of the 6 months period.
For example: The loyal subscription ends on 27-06-2025. In this case you should cancel the subscription, at its latest, on 27-05-25 to terminate the subscription on the same date as the end date of the loyal subscription.
We also have a one-month notice period for flexible subscriptions. This means you can still use your bike for exactly one month after giving notice of cancellation.
