How do I cancel my subscription?

We’re sad to hear you’re thinking of leaving us. You can cancel your subscription via the Swapfiets app.

We hope you've enjoyed your Swapfiets journey. We'll make sure you bike goes on to a good home with a new member!


Cancel your subscription

You can easily cancel your subscription via the Swapfiets app. You can download the app here. Then, follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the Swapfiets app and go to "Account"
  2. Select Subscription and then "Manage Subscription"
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the instructions. You’ll receive instructions on how to return your bike and a confirmation email once your cancellation is successful.

You must return your bike before the end of your subscription. If the bike is not returned, your subscription will remain active.

Notice Period

We have a one-month notice period for flexible subscription. This means you can still use your bike for exactly one month after giving notice of cancellation. For non-flexible subscriptions, the minimum subscription period is 6 months. After those 6 months you can also cancel with the one-month notice period.

Last Payment

Please be aware that your last payment might be different, depending on which day you give us notice of ending your subscription. You can find out more about this here.
