Cancel your subscription
You can easily cancel your subscription via the Swapfiets app. You can download the app here. Then, follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:
- Open the Swapfiets app and go to "Account"
- Select Subscription and then "Manage Subscription"
- Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the instructions. You’ll receive instructions on how to return your bike and a confirmation email once your cancellation is successful.
You must return your bike before the end of your subscription. If the bike is not returned, your subscription will remain active.

Notice Period
We have a one-month notice period for flexible subscription. This means you can still use your bike for exactly one month after giving notice of cancellation. For non-flexible subscriptions, the minimum subscription period is 6 months. This means the subscription does not automatically end after 6 months. In case you don't want to continue after those 6 months you should cancel the subscription one month before the 6 months end. You can also do it at an earlier time but the end date will still be at the end of the 6 months period.
For example: The loyal subscription ends on 27-06-2025. In this case you should cancel the subscription, at its latest, on 27-05-25 to terminate the subscription on the same date as the end date of the loyal subscription.

Please be aware that your last payment might be different, depending on which day you give us notice of ending your subscription. You can find out more about this here.
