Can I cancel or change my appointment?

You are able to change your timeslot or cancel your appointment via the app in the bike overview.

We can imagine that your plans have changed and you can't make it to your Swapfiets appointment. Therefore it's possible to reschedule your appointment to a date or time that suits you better, if still available. Within the bike overview in the app you can select to show/edit your appointment. There you will be able to reschedule and select a new timeslot. If you want your appointment at a different store or location, please give us a call so we can change it for you.

Please be aware that for store appointments you can only change your time slot or store location until 2 hours before the appointment. For appointments on location you can only change your timeslot or the location before 06:00 AM on the day of the appointment. 

Want you cancel your appointment?

This is also possible in the bike overview when you select to show/edit your appointment. There you will be given the option to cancel your appointment.

Did you miss your appointment?

If you have an appointment in the store and you are a few minutes late we are still able to help you. If you can't make it at all, please schedule a new appointment in the app.

If you've missed your appointment on location and haven't informed us in time we unfortunately have to charge your due to our travel costs. These costs will be €20/150kr./£30 depending on your location.
