How do I update my account details?

Changing your payment details, address or password can easily be done via the app. If you need to change your email-address or phone number you can let us know and we will help your further.

Payment details

In the account overview in the app you will be able to change your payment method. You will get redirected to our online customer portal where you need to log in before you are able to change your payment details. 

To verify your new payment details, our payment system will withdraw a verification payment. After this is succeeded, the subscription fee will be collected from your new account starting the next month. 

Email-address or phonenumber

Unfortunately it's not possible yet to change your email-address or phone number yourself, but we are happy to do it for you! Contact us here, and we will arrange it for you.

Home address

You can change your home address in the account overview in the app. When you scroll down to the profile section you can view the details associated to your account. 
From here, you can easily change your home address.

Password

In the account overview in the app, you will be able to change your password when you scroll down to 'settings'. Here you will be able to enter a new password.
