Steps to take after an unfortunate event
Oh no! We're very sorry to hear about your accident. First and foremost, we hope you're alright. We understand how unsettling accidents can be. Contact us so we can help arrange an appointment to assess your bike's damage and ensure you get back on the road with another working bike (as soon as you feel ready to do so).
Any additional costs (depending on the bike's damage) will initially be charged to you, the customer. Therefore, it's important to record details of any third parties involved, if applicable, to complete an accident report.
