My appointment got cancelled, what should I do now?

Steps to take when your appointment got cancelled

We are sorry to hear that your appointment got cancelled! We are aiming to keep all appointments, but it might happens sometimes that we need to cancel as of unforeseen circumstances. If your appointment got cancelled, we will inform you in advance via email and/or sms.

You will be able to schedule a new appointment via the app when you click on 'I need help'. You will also find these instructions via the mail or sms you've received. 

Hopefully you have been able to select a new timeslot that fits into your schedule and you will be back in the saddle as soon as possible!
