My appointment was cancelled. What now?

If you already have a bike in possession, you are able to schedule a new appointment via the App.

If you received a note from us that your appointment has been cancelled and you already have a bike in possession, you are able to schedule a new appointment via the App.

In case you have not received the bike yet please contact us to rearrange your appointment.
