What does my appointment look like?

Your appointment won't take any longer than 10 minutes. If we can't repair your bike on the spot, we will get you a new one.

Whenever you have an issue with your bike or if you need help with anything else, we will help you fix it! You can book an appointment in the store or on a preferred location in our service area. Find out more about scheduling an appointment here. 

During your appointment, we will try to repair your bike within 10 minutes. In case it takes longer, we mostly decide to swap your bike for another working bike so you can get back on the road.
