Do you have an issue with your bike, or do you need help with anything else? Don't worry - we will help you fix it.
To get you back on your bike, you can schedule an appointment in the store or at a preferred location in our service area.

For the following reasons, you can schedule an appointment via the app:
- there is something wrong with your bike
- you lost your key
- your bike went missing/is stolen
- you want to cancel your membership
- you want to upgrade to a different bike type
This is how it works:
- Log in to the app, select your bike and click on 'I need help'.
- Select what you need help with.
- There is something wrong with my bike - please select what is wrong with your bike. You can select multiple reasons.
- I lost my key(s) - we will ask you to take a picture of your frame number. You can find more information in this article
- My bike is lost/stolen - please read the important information and check out this article for more information
- I want to cancel my subscription - please read carefully when you are supposed to hand in your bike. You can find more information in this article
- upgrade bike type - choose a bike model and the contract period for your new bike. You can find more information in this article. - Select where you want to meet. This can be in the store or at a location in our service area; we will then come to your place to fix your bike or get you a new one. Please be aware that you can only drop-off your bike in the store.
- Select the time and date.
Your appointment won’t take more than 10 minutes.
Note: If you have specific instructions regarding parking, location or specific needs regarding the bike for your service on location please contact our customer support team at least 4 hours in advance.
